New to digital downloads? Here is everything you need to knowAt checkout, you will be prompted to put in your email address. Don’t forget this step – this is where your files will be sent! On a desktop, not mobile, go to your email inbox and look for the email titled “Your downloads are ready” from GS Print Shoppe Follow the links in said email to download your files; they will arrive as a Zip File in your downloads folder on your computer. You need to drag that Zip to your desktop and double click on the Zip file to open it up. Then you’ll have your files ready to go! One: Select “Digital Download” as your purchase option and check outYou will recieve the following 5 files: 1 JPG 2:3 ratio (commonly used for 24"x36" prints) 1 JPG International (commonly used for 5"x7" prints or A2-A6 international sizing) 1 JPG 4:5 ratio (commonly used for 8"x10" prints) 1 JPG 3:4 ratio (commonly used for 18"x24" prints) 1 JPG 11” x 14” Your files have arrived labeled with the most commonly framed sizes, as noted above. If you'd like to print out your poster in a different size than the one listed above, please find the dimensions you need on the sizing guide and then use the file you received that is also within that aspect ratio. Example: the file labeled 8x10 is perfect to use for a 16x20 poster as they are both in the 4:5 aspect ratio.
